Laptop Management
I see that there are concerns with laptop movement during lunch and gym. Although my students move all day with the devices I am still uneasy about lunch. I will look into looking at teacher schedules to see if nearby classes can simply drop off the device to their next class during passing to eliminate instructional time interruptions.
Coaches Schedules/Responsibilities
Documenting the work I do in a more formal way will help to retrieve data when needed. I plan to use zoho.
Providing PD for Your Staff / ProTraxx: I want to work with Charles at 217 try to get at least one course approved for P Credits!
Student Support Teams: I want to see how I could better utilize students for troubleshooting but the password issue seems to be on my mind.
Families: Informing about 21st Century Schools and Cyber Safety: I would like to hold parent information sessions; the first being during open school night.
Evaluating Classroom Instruction: Use the Matrix provided and sharing that with Administrators.
Planning for Technology-Infused Instruction: I would like to reach out to my very talented staff. The teachers know what they need to teach and as a result of all of the pd they have really become self sufficient.

Final Reflections
I like the forum that allows other Tech Coach “Teachers” like me to share. I t is rare that you find a group of will educators to share so freely and really willing to help. This has become a great itil family.
